Insulted as a Big Mac at McDonald's?

Hey, I was at McDonald's yesterday and a slightly overweight guy came in and stood at the next checkout. He didn't even say anything, and then the McDonald's employee asked him, "Do you want a Big Mac?" The slightly overweight guy then said, "Why?" Then the employee said very cheekily, "Yeah, that's just what you look like."

What would you have done in such a situation?

I’d complain right away. He’d get his warning, and the next time he’d think about his mouth to humiliate people. Once I was pregnant, I had ordered for 7 children (of course a good amount). The employee was very happy to ask if I’m sure I’m going to eat so much as I’m almost at the place. And I can’t forget his laugh about his own “WITZ”. After seeing his boss, he didn’t work for the forefront anymore, but only in the back area he should be happy about.

That is extremely disrespectful and levelless.

Such an employee should be cancelled on the spot!

However, I would not have intervened because this humiliation would probably have caused the corpulent man even more attention.

And this “employeee” may continue unpunished?

I fully agree with your first two sentences.

I would have annoyed that the employee was so mean. I wouldn’t have intervened or something. It would have been even more unpleasant for the man to have done a bigger thing.

You should have told the employee that such a behavior is very hurting.

If this story is true – as you tell us here:

I would have asked for the branch manager – and after talking to him from loyalty – without order – to leave this store!

But I still do hard to “believe” this – the employee must know that he risks his job (because the customer “king” is(s)t) !

It depends if it were really cheeky and personal, and he was at my age, and he would have done more and more, I would be over and would have given him a few. Some people don’t understand.

This will give you an even lower level than this – alleged – “employeee”…

Not at all! Such employees deserve it honestly. In cases like this, violence is justified and it is essential to bring this “niveau sin”.

Will the judge see differently, but as you mean…

Honestly, I can’t. The man just wanted to get food and is a paying customer and certainly not has the right to be “insulted” by an employee. I would have written a review on Google at his place after the restaurant stay or sent a complaint directly to the McDonalds.

Then, the employee is a Big Tasty Bacon, large menu with 2 extra supplements and the Chicken Bucket. I know sounds stupid, and disrespectfully I had to write it here;)

Guilty, but I find it really naughty by d m staff. Because I am overweight myself. I know such situations when you are insulted as a fat bag and big Mac!

I would have said “Yes” and smashed the thing in his face: “Now you look like that.”
