bei Flug buchen direkt Gepäck mitdazubuchen oder erst nachträglich?
Ich möchte ein Flug buchen und muss viel an Gepäck mitnehmen, da ich dort einige Monate sein werde (Handgepäckkoffer; 25kg Aufgabegepäck; kleines Handgepäckstück). Auf den Seiten der Flugportalen, z.B. Skyscanner, kann man bei der Suche nach Flügen direkt filtern nach beinhalteten Aufgabegepäck, Handgepäck etc. Meine Frage ist, ist es dann billiger, oder ist es besser, einen Flug ohne Gepäckstücke zu buchen und dann im Nachhinein auf der Seite der Airline die Gepäckstücke dazuzubuchen? Habt ihr Erfahrungen damit?

It is most convenient if you simply book in the airline from the front (you can see if you want to see the connections at Skyscanner etc, but there are better options…) and then select a fare with luggage. Quite often, you can book a very reasonable price, book the baggage and save a few euros, which would not be worth the effort. As a result, you can only take a personal item (-> handbag/laptop bag) as a hand luggage due to the cheap fare.
Believe me, you might be able to save some (very important) euros, but take a fare where everything is in. This saves you stress, is clearer and contains everything you need.

If the price doesn’t matter, then booking later also doesn’t matter.
