All made of pure cotton goes to the sewn-in shields where it stands.

Polyester or the like or mixed fabric does not absorb the temperature

(yes, and I know: where hygiene standards apply, this is the washing requirement, there is no need to echauffe)

Why does the towel have to be washable at 60°? Is that your idea or a (absurde) requirement?
You can’t basically wash any clothes you wear in the hospital at 60°. Just like a head cloth, it is not necessary. You can put it in the normal laundry as usual. If you actually have an increased hygiene need – rather unnecessary – you can also add hygiene dishwashers.
