Glasses for -0.25 vision impairment?

I recently went to the ophthalmologist and I have a visual impairment of -0.25 in both eyes and slight astigmatism in one eye. With the right glasses, I can see far away better, but it's not so blurry that my vision is completely blurry. Would you wear glasses with these values?
I've also heard that wearing glasses can actually make your eyesight worse, because you don't have to exert yourself. Of course, I don't know if that's true.

I’d probably wear it because I’d better see it. What is the reason for not wanting to use this? A person who is quite natural, does not finally come up with the idea of looking sharply only in certain situations and otherwise wearing glasses with which only a small little looks worse.
If you ask so directly: No, I wouldn’t wear glasses with such low values – but it’s just my personal opinion; Everyone has to decide for himself what he thinks right.
What benefit do you have to know how others would be in your place? You should decide what’s right for yourself.
If your question is aimed at whether spectacle lenses with this minimum strength have their permission, I would recommend that you consider the visus without correction when deciding whether or not. If it is noticeably impaired or too low, it might be useful to create a spectacle. For orientation: In order to pass a visual test for the driver’s license, it should be at least 0.7.
I also had only 0.5 years in the far away, the glasses I wore as a relief of the eyes, before allam bem driving, at trainings, and where it was shown with beans. I had less headaches from there. Now it’s different.

Yes, I would, because I can see more clearly in the distance. The corneal curvature also makes in the vicinity the look unsharp, which however corrects the glasses.

A glasses with these low values can be useful if you have to see exactly in the distance. So maybe in road traffic or, if you’re still going to school, to look at the board.
“I have heard that the eyes with glasses can get worse because there is no more effort.” Whether the eyes get worse or not has nothing to do with wearing glasses. These are physical changes, regardless of whether the eyes are corrected by glasses.

I’d try it out. If you notice in everyday life that you have an advantage through the glasses and feel good then that’s good.
If it’s not bad, but you still have a glasses if you don’t mind.
