Ist es eiglich erlaubt sich kurz auf nen Behindertenparkplatz hinzustelln und jemanden ausateigen zu lassen und dann weiter zu fahren oder is das auch verboten?

This is in your described case holding and not parking. That’s allowed. Parking would be an offence and not a crime. That’s why there’s only a fine or a warning money, but no penalty.

No, it’s not.

Then you can call a source!

Good ware search if you can explain why it’s only a penalty of €55 in the bus money catalog for parking and no penalty for balten – was that forgotten?

How much does it cost?

Allows for 3 minutes, also for loading or unloading. The vehicle must not be left.

Sorry to ask (burns under the nails).

What is this “forgot”? Get off or go?

In that case go away from the car.

Whoever stands for more than 3 minutes is parked. Parking wouldn’t be allowed to stop.

It is allowed to hold up to 3 minutes without removing from the vehicle.

Keeping on a disabled parking space is permitted insofar as it does not exceed the maximum period of three minutes, the driver does not leave the vehicle and the place is immediately left when a authorized person needs it to park.

That’s right.

All answers are wrong:
Keeping – not parking – is allowed, but it is not allowed to impede a claimant.

You really quoted the Austrian StVO?

https://www.oesterreich.gv.at/themes/people_mit_behinderungen/kfz_und_behinderung/page.1260400.html

But what country do you live in?

Well yes – otherwise you would not have added a picture of a German car park in the question..

In your question, you did not mention the variant with the additional shield. This is of course another case.

Don’t stand in the StVO …

Hold is allowed, short parking is not allowed.

Up to 3 minutes no problem.

From one of your comments:

According to law is holding and parking prohibited

You know the answer. Why do you ask?

Keeping up to 10min is

This is a completely wrong child’s answer…

And that’s bullshit – it’s up to a maximum of 3 minutes, and it can be longer for loading and unloading.

Then it would be great if you would mention it somewhere in the question so that not all the answers are wrong…

Can you edit the question so that everyone here knows?

You really posted the definition of Austria here?

https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halten_(Stra%C3%9Fenverkehr)

You’re really funny if you don’t know in which country you live and what laws you apply….

Leestiger

Source? (This means a link if you don’t know what is meant)

Closed page or text?

In court, by the way, only the law counts, if not known…

Is and remains – at least for Germany, perhaps the other place is otherwise – wrong.

Prohibitions. Even if only someone gets out.
