Disabled residential group? Private health insurance, 3. Crosses behavior plan?

Hello, we want to go on holiday to the Netherlands with our residential group soon. Our residential group staff have told us residents that if anyone behaves incorrectly or doesn't behave well, there will be a large plan on the wall with names and three crosses on it. This means that if the three crosses are met and the person has three crosses for each misbehavior, they have to go home to the nearest train station. My housemates are able to take a train because their disability is very mild and they know exactly what they're doing and are oriented. Now the main question is what if you have to go home and something happens on the way home and you have to get off. Will private health insurance cover it.

The health insurance is only responsible for hospitals and medical bills. Otherwise for nothing. Do you have a legal supervisor? Ask him. And don’t go if you’re over 18 years old. No one has to be treated like that. It’s not fun.
