Begleitetes Fahren jetzt anfangen?

Hallo ihr lieben hier ist ne relativ komplexe Frage!

Meine liebe Tochter wird im Oktober 16. Ab 16,5 kann Sie ja ihren BF17 (Führerschein für Begleitetes Fahren ab 17) anfangen zu machen. Dann müsste Sie mit uns begleitet Fahren bis zu ihrem 18ten Geburtstag.

Nehmen wir mal an Sie macht das, und bekommt den BF17 Führerschein mit 16,8 Jahren wenn er zum Beispiel 2-3 Monate dauert.

(1) Kann Sie dann gleich begleitet Fahren oder muss Sie bis zum 17ten Geburtstag damit warten?

und der Grund warum ich schreibe:

(2) Nehmen wir mal an, unsere tolle Koalition (lol) ändert in der zweiten Hälfte 2023 das Gesetz und erlaubt BF bereits ab 16, also das man den BF mit sogar 15,5 anfangen darf.

(2a) Bedeutet dass das man dann schon ab 17 unbegleitet fahren darf?

(2b) Würde das bedeuten das auch wenn meine Tochter ihren BF17 Führerschein bereits hat, das Sie dann ab 17 unbegleitet fahren darf? Im Schlimmstfall hätte Sie dann ja nur 1-2 Monate begleitetes Fahren gehabt. Oder gilt das dann nur für alle anderen die gerade anfangen und meine Tochter muss tatsächlich bis 18 warten bevor Sie alleine fahren darf?

BF 17 logically means that you then get erected from volendetem 17. Year of life with a registered person.

And the applicable law applies – and it is not foreseeable that the current regulation will change somewhat.

(1) at the time still allowed from 17 (2) maybe, perhaps not (2a) can be possible, or it remains at 18 (2b) as it is decided

You get the L17 only when you’re 17. In Germany you can only drive with accompanying person until the 18th birthday. In Austria you can drive from 17 without a companion

Then you would have to go with us until your 18th birthday.

Anyone who is registered as a companion in the BF17 certificate may be this.

(2a) Does that mean that you can drive unaccompanied from 17?

No, the minimum age for class B should be reduced from 18 to 17.
