Befund Erklärung?
Kann mir jemand diesen Befund übersetzen? Der Sturz auf das Handgelenk war Anfang Juli. Einen Termin zur Besprechung des MRT beim Orthopäden habe ich erst in knapp 4 Wochen.
Beurteilung:
Riss des TFCC ulnarseitig.
Kontusion der Weichteile dorsoulnar am Handgelenk.
Tendinose der Sehne des Musculus extensor carpi ulnaris.
Diskrete Tendovaginitis des 2. Extensorkompartimentes.
Erguss in den Interkarpalgelenken und im distalen Radioulnargelenk.
Positive Ulnavarianz.
Kein Hinweis für eine frische knöcherne Verletzung am Handgelenk.
Was der TFCC ist weiß ich. Klingt die Beurteilung nach etwas größerem? Muss evtl. operiert werden?

Riss in the ulnar (inner) area of the Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC). This is a cartilage band complex in the wrist. A swelling of the soft parts on the back of the wrist near the ulnar (inner) area. The tendon of the muscle “Musculus extensor carpi ulnaris” shows signs of wear (tendinosis). Light inflammation of the tendon trap in the area of the 2nd extensor compartment. Liquid accumulation (infusion) was detected in the intermediate carpal joints and in the distal radioulnar joint. A positive ulnavariance is determined, which means that the ele is slightly displaced outward in relation to the spoke in the wrist. There are no signs of fresh bone injury on the wrist.
