Beförderung nicht erhalten was tun (Motivation)?

Guten Abend,

ich bin bereits seit längerem im Management tätig. Kurzzeitig wurden einige neue Stellen frei, und ich war die Person mit der meisten Erfahrung sowie der längsten Betriebszugehörigkeit. Daher habe ich mich auf die Position der Personalleitung beworben. Gerade eben habe ich erfahren, dass ich den Posten nicht erhalten habe. Stattdessen wurden zwei bisherige Mitarbeiter, die keinerlei Erfahrung im Management haben, ausgewählt. Ich bin momentan ziemlich verärgert und enttäuscht. Wie kann ich mich zum einen motivieren und zum anderen auf das Gespräch mit meinem Chef vorbereiten?

Garnicht😂 would give me some thought about my future in operation. Talk to the boss why, you didn’t have to and for that, two laymen without experience and “true” (in relation to your certifying period) and look around me according to the more appreciated operation.

It seems that your boss wants to leave you in this position, probably because he has no successor to you when you get up.

He’s got some beginners.

For motivation, think about a change to another company, and if you find one that would also make you a personal manager, you have a strong pressure medium, at least that you should get as much from the money as the personal manager. You’ll change to the other company.

Well, the boss would be able to promote him and share one of the two or both of them for the job of the questioner makes little sense if one could not find one for the job and therefore does not promote him, but two unqualified ones are in a higher position.

However, they might have had better negotiating skills

Unprobably, it’s more about succession. If there’s no one there, he won’t get him. He’ll better increase his salary before he lets him in another post.
