Bedwetting as a teenager?

Hello,

I'm currently 15 years old and occasionally suffer from bedwetting at night. It happens to me every two to three months, and I'm wondering what could be causing it and what can be done about it, especially since it's very embarrassing.

Many thanks in advance

In puberty it often happens that young people (2%) go back to bed. Why you always soak up can have different causes. This goes from delayed maturation of bladder control, a lack of antidiuretic hormone, deep sleep behavior, genetically inherited to emotional stress or stress situations. Or there are other diseases and medication triggers for it.

Because you’re secondary begging, I’d do without diapers. As a result, the seeding can become worse. The body gets used to it quickly and the bubble volume gets smaller with time. It doesn’t mean using DryNites. A good mattress protection would also be sufficient. But you could also use a bedding pants. This one wears like a sleeping suit and is not particularly noticeable. Look at this. https://pjama.de.

Take a bubble diary, write down the days that you found extraordinary. Maybe too much to drink that day. Alcohol can also trigger bedding. Begging and a weak bubble accompanied me all my life. I learned to deal with it. Family supports me and friends accept me as I am. For me, diapers are normal underwear. Go around with the theme loosely, then the shame also drops. In any case, you should let it be medically cleared.

Beddings every 2 to 3 months once you can almost call normal at your age. The body in boys grows in a rush and not evenly. It may happen that certain structures temporarily do not function as optimally.

I don’t think diapers are displayed in such rare cases. It’s enough to protect mattresses. Then only the sheets are wet and they can be washed without any problems.

I can understand that this is embarrassing to you. That was raised to you. Actually, you can’t do anything for it, free according to the motto: “Who sleeps, doesn’t sin.”

If you’re too upset, you can talk to a doctor about it. They often hear that when they are “normal”.

7 months ago you wrote you are 16 years old and suffering from mobbing.
mobbing can also be a reason why you’re soaking. Talk to the school management to stop it and feel more comfortable in everyday life

Don’t be embarrassed. This may have a reason where a doctor or therapy can help 🙂

It’s not bad to go to the doctor and let it go

Once you’ve thought of simply digging, then the bed will not be wet
