Bausparvertrag kündigen welche Kosten erwarteten mich?
Ich schäme mich dafür so dumm gewesen zu sein, aber ich habe mich beschwätzen lassen und habe einen Bausparvertrag von 500.000€ abschlossen mit einer Abschlussgebühr von 6000€ bei Wüstenrot. Jetzt etwas über 3 Wochen danach komme ich zur Einsicht wie dumm das eigentlich war. Mit 500€ raten das die nächsten 12 abzubezahlen. Ich habe den Vertrag auch nie gesehen sondern nur eine Unterschrift online abgeben… bitte ihr müsst mir nicht sagen wie dämlich ich bin, das weiß ich selbst…. wenn ich es jetzt kündige muss ich die gesamten Abschlussgebühren trotzdem zahlen? Weil dann bringt eine Kündigung ja nichts. Im Internet steht etwas von einer Frist von 6 Monaten. Das wären immer noch 3000€.
Soll ich jetzt schon die Kündigung abschicken oder bis nächste Woche warten dort anrufen meine Situation erklären, aber ich würde am liebsten so schnell wie möglich kündigen…

You can read the clauses you signed.
There should also be early terminations.
In the future, if at all, you should only conclude contracts of this size with a trusted bank, where you have face-to-face a contract partner that can explain to you uncertainties.
Well, wait till next week. Be friendly. Just explain your situation.
I can imagine that you have to pay a certain amount for contract break.
Small tip:
If you have everything behind you, you’d rather pay €500 a month into an ETF song.
you can get your money at any time and you get much higher interest. ;
PS: Even if the situation hurts you, you have learned from it and will form your own opinion and give you enough time to think.
