Cancel building savings contract?

Hello, I have a building society savings plan that goes up to 60,000. This one has the lowest interest rate, but I don't find it very profitable.
I would rather invest the money in ETFs, such as MSCI World.

what do you think

That depends on what you’re doing.

I also have a construction saver that is fixed with 1.14% credit interest.

It’s a great thing. I also pay for my VL performance of the employer plus a few euros. I mean, about 40€ a month go in there.

I’ll get it anyway. There are no interest on the money, but the 40€ in nem ETF would not make the huge difference now.

The profit of the construction contract is always safe for you. You can often make “minus” or even lose everything with money.

Pensionable as an investment is of course not. If he has a low loan interest rate, he is interesting if you want to buy a property. Do you want to do that in a foreseeable time? The final fee is so or so.

If you don’t need him, of course you can quit him. Otherwise I would leave him. But investing in shares can also go back, especially at the moment.
