Bauknecht: Best laundry destroyer?

I just saw the Bauknecht washer-dryer on QVC, which I unfortunately also own. How such a disastrous appliance is still allowed to be sold is a mystery to me. I've had the service technician come to my house several times because the wool and delicates programs ruin the laundry. The drum spins at an insane speed in these programs, much, much faster than with the cotton program! The same thing happens with the fabric softener program in all programs. It even ruins sturdy towels and underwear, see picture . The technician says everything is as it should be!

Has anyone else had this experience?

That’s exactly what I wrote to a user here who wanted to have a dryer – washing machine I meant – also for environmental protection. He wanted a dryer. Especially in the summer you definitely don’t need it and just: The Waesche is already suffering enough washing…

So I wouldn’t want to give up soft towels from the dryer. If I hang them, I can also dry with 80 grinding paper.

So much power does not need a heat pump dryer. Less than 90 degrees of laundry.

In addition, the laundry does not suffer and is not so doll with a failed machine.

Well, from me, if it’s ecologically built and it’s not enough to use electricity…

Yes, Bauknecht is also anything but high quality. Built by Indesit. It’s almost plastic waste. Know enough that only had problems with it or the machine was broken after 2 months

Bauknecht is junk. Just like Jacuzzi, Indesit, Samsung, LG, Vestel…

Miele machines are gentle to laundry. In 2001, Miele released the (patented) backing drum with honeycomb structure. This changed to the Thermo already drum in 2013.

In this drum, the drum slides on a fine water film which forms due to the honeycomb structure between drum and laundry.
In addition, there is even the Extra gentle option for the higher-priced devices from 1200€, which washes even more gently

Hello kaetzchen07

Der Techniker sagt, ist alles so wie es sein muss!

I can’t imagine. In fine washing, the drum makes very little movement, with wool much less movement with normal speed
