Bathing too often?
I go swimming almost every day. I've also noticed lately that I've been swimming too often, but it does me so much good and helps me relax from everyday life. Could it be harmful in any way? (It's not a problem because of the money; it's just a matter of health.)
Well, a few drawbacks for the skin barrier already have, but most of them can be counteracted well. I’m a big bather myself.
some tips:
Instead of bathing in hot water, try with lukewarm water to lessen the skin. After bathing apply a good moisturizer to protect the skin and provide moisture.
Use mild and moisturizing bath additives that do not dry the skin additionally.
İch tu in almost every day shower in summer because too warm. but otherwise so 3-4 times the week
Don’t worry about it. Clearly it dries out the skin, but you can care about it. It can burden the circuit, but if you don’t have any complaints, I don’t see a problem. It’s also positive that you can relax. This has a positive effect on stress, which in turn strengthens health 🙂
I always bathe with lukewarm water. Only recently I have been more dizzying, and I think that it is more of my period that I get in 2 days.
So I had a phase like that. My skin has become super dry. But it was.
