Only for expenses that may be incurred after the card lock that you hopefully have already requested. All that was previously bought goes to your cap.

In principle, your bank is liable unless you trade grossly negligently.

That would be, for example, that you do not leave your card locked immediately after loss.

Only from the moment you have taken all necessary measures (so call the hotline, report loss).

All that happens before that is your risk. Because the bank can’t do anything about losing something. That’s your negligence, not hers.

No. Bank can nix at the point that you lose the card and don’t notice it quickly enough to get locked. Some of them are cunning for small amounts, but you can lie and say you weren’t.

Only losses After the loss message is available as a replacement. More details are available in the Bank’s GTC that you have at home.

Only if you have reported the loss SOFORT, there is a phone number.
