I can’t. PayPal is not a bank, but a payment service provider. Therefore, the terms and conditions also state that money may not be longer than x weeks on your PayPal account.

You’re wrong, PayPal has a Luxembourg bank license.

Yeah, that’s right. The license was necessary to be able to use larger quantities of customers and thus circulate more money via PayPal. A classic bank is not PayPal.

The article is from 2018. PayPal already had its European banking license.

No, it’s only from Paypal to PayPal.

Transfers to your PP account can only be made via your PP-related bank account.
