Hello,

is clear if there is no money in the account and there is a cash withdrawal (transfer or direct debit) it goes into the dispocredit (up to about 12% interest at the moment). If this is exhausted, it will not be paid.

A credit card means not only that, but is a “free loan”

You pay it (depending on the contract) without interest once a month (so you are moved into the account). If the account does not pay, it will cost interest and the card will be blocked.

Best regards from Leipzig
