Hello Zainau,

if it is a protrusion (diaphragm)
then this usually goes back and you only have to
in certain attitude your pain.
So you can identify the causes and against it
hold.
When and in what attitude do you have most pain?

Do you have morning pain problems?

Or do you have a lasting pain?

The causes are always misconduct or nocturnal
Continuous failure and one-sided loads
by profession or strength training?
Always happy and healthy sleep
opi venerable

PS:
The problem, long standing or sitting automatically leads
to misconduct. Relaxation breaks and a lot of movement
would of course be very good, because after that it usually comes again
to correct attitude.
You’re talking about a BS vault, where exactly, without pain?
The ischias nerve pulls over the Po into the thigh.
Try the following practice several times a day.

Climbing trains with their own weight relieve the discs
also during the day and stabilize the corresponding muscle.

There’s nothing wrong with a protrusion. Here, fibers of the disc tear, which is why the core has a little more play. That is why nothing goes back here (this would be possible in the event of an incident).

So there is nothing to do about it. However, a exercise routine and regular movement is superior – stabilized and helps in pain. Physiotherapy can be helpful.

Yeah, that’ll be less. It takes 4-6 weeks, but can also be longer… it takes longer without exercise/active treatment. As I said, physiotherapy helps ( exercises should be guided to you!)

Build muscles that support the spine.

If muscles don’t support, the vertebraes slide too. , squeeze a disc, which then presses on a nerve, giving pain, also deafness.

The nerves come out between the vertebrae, for the whole body.
