Banana cake?
I would like to bake a cake using leftover bananas. Does anyone have any good, tried and tested or unusual recipes?
Thank you very much in advance!

I still have two packs of nougat (for baking stollen) left over from Christmas. What should I do with them now in spring?
I'm making a sugar cone cake and want to cover it with lemon jelly instead of buttercream or ganache. I would reheat the jelly beforehand to reduce the water content even further. I'll cover the fondant about 3-4 hours before serving. That's what I thought. Would that work?

Did I just do and hoped for some more inspiration here? ๐
