Banana cake?
I would like to bake a cake using leftover bananas. Does anyone have any good, tried and tested or unusual recipes?

Lemon jelly under the fondant okay?
I'm making a sugar cone cake and want to cover it with lemon jelly instead of buttercream or ganache. I would reheat the jelly beforehand to reduce the water content even further. I'll cover the fondant about 3-4 hours before serving. That's what I thought. Would that work?

The Cake Initiative is an organization that, with the help of volunteers, donates handmade birthday cakes to children whose families cannot bake a cake themselves for financial or health reasons.
Google for chocolate banana bread. That’s the only thing I personally like bananas in it. I even baked before yesterday and it still tastes like fresh from the oven.
Did I just do and hoped for some more inspiration here? 🍌
