I recently started playing CS:GO again, and I think I'm pretty good. I always play ranked, and two people just claimed I'm a Russian cheater because I had 28 kills or something, which isn't even that many. Now I'm afraid of getting banned if they report me, because I have a lot of expensive skins. I really don't cheat, and I don't know why people say that to others.

You’re not just being banished if you don’t have cheats.
Usually you come to overwatch with many reports, then other players look at the replay and vote.
As far as I know overwatch would now be abolished in CSGO a few months ago. So reports are now completely meaningless. You will only be banished with VAC, which happens automatically in the game or directly after. VAC doesn’t like the reports, it’s just looking for hacks on this computer.

Banns are usually too right.
But in about 500 out of 20 million cases not.
There’s a huge banwave right now, so people can be erroneously banished.
