Düsseldorf airport train station?

I read that the suspension railway at Düsseldorf Airport doesn't start until 4 a.m. How can I pass the time at the station for about an hour? Is there another way to get into the airport besides the suspension railway?

You can take the S11 to the airport. It’s right at the terminals, under McDonald’s. Only the S1 and trains stop at this airport station.

Theoretically you can walk from the airport station beautifully past the car parks to the terminal. May take about 30-40 minutes. And don’t do that without a city plan or navigation.

The S11 does not drive between 1 and 5. The first connection from Düsseldorf Hbf to the terminal station is the S6 at 4.03.

The SkyTrain has a break from 0.45 to 3.45, but in this time a bus runs between the station and the terminal every 20 minutes.

During rest periods, a bus transfer between the Düsseldorf Airport station, the car parks 4 and 5 and the terminal is guaranteed. The bus departure from the station, level 0, takes place from 1:05 to 3:25 in the 20-minute clock.

At the station there are seats, a few drinks machines and toilets, but otherwise it’s quite deserted there.
