I bought an online ticket, and my identification card is my Bahncard. Unfortunately, I've now lost it. However, I saved a photo of my Bahncard. Do I have any chance of being able to use the ticket? If it’s enough that the BahnCard is only available on the phone, you don’t need to apply for a replacement card and just wait for the new one (if you don’t quit).
It is only important that you have the identification card for the Handy BahnCard, for example the ID card.
Maybe a small tip for the future: choose the same ID card for the online ticket as for the Handy BahnCard. You just need one card for both.
