Du hast einen Vertrag mit der Bahn über einen gewissen Rabatt geschlossen. Die Bahn-Card ist nicht der Vertrag. Dieser ist gültig, auch wenn deine Bahn-Card nicht funktionieren sollte.
Wenn du technische Probleme damit hast, lasse dir eine neue zusenden.

Ist noch gültig, aber bei der Nutzung (zB des Magnetstreifens) können Probleme entstehen. Gehe zu einem DB-Fahrkartenschalter und beantrage ein (kostenlosen) Austausch der Rabattkarte.
