Probably this is normal because your body is not used to the load. I would recommend you to train only dosed at the beginning and to increase the load from week to week.

I often have this as a tennis player. If you hit them and especially if you are not used to it and have not stretched out, that comes. I’ve got it a lot because I’m slapping hard. Just stretch and best rest a few days, otherwise it’s not going away

Just wait for 2-3 days before you talk about an arm break.

Mostly, the mistake is because “in the first sports car” is never warmed up.

if you do something you have never done before, the body reacts clearly “cracks”. at the time when I was the first time in strength training, the muscle cat was so doll that I could do 6 days nix, meanwhile body has become used to it and I can now go to gym every day.
