Back up web emails with attachments to your hard drive?

Hello and good day everyone.
I have a mailbox on the web and would like to back it up to my hard drive along with file attachments.
There are some tips on the internet, but I can't really get there.
could someone help me please.

Install, configure Thunderbird to at least one computer. You can easily load, archive, secure everything on the computer.

Install an email program like Mozilla Thunderbird and then download the emails. Then you have the emails on the PC m
