Back pain after soccer training?

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I trained for the first time after an eight-week injury-related break. Everything went well so far. Unfortunately, I'm currently experiencing quite a bit of pain in my lower back – I suspect it's due to the hard grass pitch (really hard because of the dryness) and the long break.

Do you have any tips on how to get rid of them? Physiotherapy is difficult at the moment because no one has any appointments available.

But hello,

put on your back in bed for 30 – 60 minutes
to relax, so I do it when I am too long
in the kitchen.
Just keep an eye on straight posture!
When and in what attitude are the pain in
worst ?
What do you have at night
location ?
Happy and a beautiful day

Back training at the gym should always help. After 8 weeks don't do anything and if you haven't done anything for your back muscles before, it'll be time.

Go slower next time, warm longer.

I've missed the pediatrician injections, they have no use, he hopefully deserved it; Maybe they'll help you. These were three or four painless mini-injections with very thin needles.

Good improvement!

Hi, Mulmpitz147. ⚽️

There is no choice for you:

Go a little shorter with the training, warm up your muscles beforehand, and cream the pain site with voltars.

I wish you better. 🍀

With sporting greetings, Renate. ⚽️
