Babefashion scammers don't give money back?

Hello, my husband wanted to order something from babefashion for my birthday. The package was never delivered by the Austrian Post Office and was sent back to babefashion in Germany. I got an email from the post office saying that they had already received it and that the package was back in Germany. So. But babefashion doesn't want to give us our money back. They ignore all emails. They ignore Instagram messages. And delete every single comment I left there. Lots of people have had good experiences and received the package, etc., but many haven't! I've spoken to five women who had the same experience and were simply ignored. But I don't want to let it go. I want my money back. What should I do? Can I take legal action? That can't be true? That there is a "business" in Germany that rips off its customers like that?? Where can you get help to get your money back? They're deliberately ignoring me. They've even blocked my husband on Instagram so that he can't write anymore.
