Azubi Pause wird mit gerechnet?

Moin Leute,

This depends on how your daily/weekly working time is according to the training contract.

In fact, it is so that break times do not count as working hours.

If you now have a 40-hour week, which splits up to 5 x 8 hours each with a half hour break per day, then your daily working hours would actually be 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

At a 37.5-hour week, which splits up to 5 x 7.5 hours each with a half hour break per day, then your daily working hours would be from, for example, 9:00 to 17.00.

Of course that’s true. Break time is not working time. So, if you have to work 8 hours a day and take a 30-minute break at this time, you have to be there 8.5 hours – because the 30 minutes don’t count as working hours!

Since breaks are not at work, your colleague is quite right

What kind of number of hours do you have according to the contract? If you have an eight-hour day, then logically 9-17:30 will come out.

As long as you’re under 18, you’ll have to set youth protection when you start working at 9:00 until 6:00.

Under 18 you have to take a break.
