Aversion to therapy?

Is it normal to have an aversion to therapy because it involves feelings and you don't like to talk about feelings or show your true feelings?

I feel like exposing yourself like that makes you vulnerable, and that the therapist could use that against me, which isn't entirely wrong.

Everything you say is documented. From that, a diagnosis can be drawn, and some diagnoses can make your life more difficult.

So my distrust of therapists is somehow justified, right? The last thing I need is another label on top of that.

You have to cooperate in the therapy. If you already have a negative attitude, then it has little sense.

Probably the therapy was forced on you from any side. Because you actually do a therapy to help you.

From the very beginning, you assume that a therapist is evil, so you also take to that the evil therapist makes evil things with it.

Are you going to the doctor? It’s probably a flu or a medical report. Don’t you tell him what you got? It’s also a kind of disgusting. Because it’s medically relevant and he writes up to treat you vessef. Behind a doctor of the women’s breasts, there is no pervert who wants to dig.

But that’s the therapist for you.

A therapist is exactly a doctor like a doctor. You go to WEIL you’re sick. He makes you feel good. For this, you have to tell him everything medically relevant and he can make a diagnosis.

It’s nothing but a general practitioner. Only that the therapist is responsible for the head and not for the body.

It’s quite simple. You go because you’re sick, he’s making a diagnosis and the therapy will make you feel better.

An official diagnosis no longer restricts you than now. With this you can apply for help. This can secure you financially and get you in programs that would otherwise remain intimidated.

But you should ask yourself why you automatically look at a therapist as evil. This isn’t what’s going on.

I have the feeling of getting rid of it makes you vulnerable, and that the therapist could use that against me, which is not entirely wrong.

The therapist has made it the task of using his knowledge of the psyche for healing, not to harm anyone.

and some diagnoses can make life difficult.

No one will know.

But if you can’t talk openly and honestly about your feelings, a therapy has no meaning. Without the willingness to build trust, neither.

No, no one gets away from the therapist or the health insurance.

No. First of all, don’t go to the job center, which you’re so afraid. That’s nonsense.

It’s not normal and as you write it, you really need it. Good luck.

Your paranoia still clearly shows you need it. And to your Paranoian. No. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s more likely you could get superpower tomorrow. Give yourself a jerk and let you help.

I’d recommend you go to another therapist. It sounds like it didn’t fit right between you, which is okay.

I do. Every day.

People without suffering do not go voluntarily into a therapy.

You might have had bad experiences when you were honest.

A good therapist takes you seriously, what you feel is okay. Because it’s about you.

You have the problems, regardless of a diagnosis. But it will only be better if you set yourself instead of walling.

Behavior therapy does not make thick.

You’re definitely wrong. No therapist uses this against you and I would really recommend looking for the serious help.

I also think it was really assi that you say therapy was bullshit and you shouldn’t show so many feelings (it’s the kernaussage anyway).

Well understandable. This is not a shameless thing to say and on the basis of previous things that you will have said, you have been forced to admit for security reasons.

No therapist uses it against you

It’s more often.

No, that’s why you should just help yourself.
