Hi, I bought a comtac II headset. The problem is, I can't get any sound with just the PTT connected. Is the cable defective? Or how do I fix it? Should it look like this? There's a tiny gap between the black cable and the metal.

The module turns off after a few seconds and restarts. Even a 1000uf capacitor doesn't help. If the SIM isn't inserted, the module stays on. I connected it myself to a 5V 5A USB power supply (the module has a 5V input and an internal voltage converter), but that didn't help either.
