Of course, sampling, otherwise there are approaches to hidden defects.

Exclude withdrawal and warranty (private sale),

Cash payment and deposit together on the bank is excluded. Then hand over papers right there. Ready.

You’ll stay on the box for a long time without a test drive. Just as a private seller. (Always vehicles never sell privately, but this is another topic). If the driver makes a halfway serious impression, you should provide a test drive. You can save an asset, a liability statement does not damage what is value at the end, you can only see in serious cases.

No, you don’t have to, the driver is liable, you can charge the damage, he isn’t, you’ll bend in the tubes anyway (if not a third party liable)

Without a test drive it is not possible to check whether the car is running. But make better written before a stranger drives your car

First one yes. Would never buy a car without driving it. I wouldn’t make proof of fortune, but it is a good idea

(Edits this question misunderstood)

A test drive is standard, so yes.

You should definitely sign a liability statement.
