Autoradio funktioniert nach wechsel nicht mehr?
Hallo, ich habe für meinen Mercedes Sprinter ein neues Autoradio besorgt, habe es umgesteckt und es kam kein Strom an. Das Radio blieb dauerhaft ausgeschaltet. Jetzt habe ich das alte Radio wieder angesteckt und es funktionieren beide nicht mehr😂 vorweg ich habe keine Erfahrung was das angeht und auch kein Werkzeug dafür. Ich bitte einfach um Rat, wenn mir hier keiner helfen kann, gehe ich zur Werkstatt. Am Kabelbaum haben wir die Stromversorgen heute überprüfen lassen und es kommt strom an. Ich habe auch ein neues Adapterkabel gekauft und trotzdem bleibt das Radio aus. Die Sicherung habe ich ebenfalls überprüft und die ist ebenfalls in Ordnung. Ich bedanke mich im vorraus für die Antworten.

Mostly the radios themselves have a fuse. The circuit of the car for the radio connection is also equipped with a fuse. Both fuses must be fine, otherwise nothing works.
With some radios, the connection is exchanged for continuous plus and ignition plus, then of course nothing goes. Other radios intervene in the electronics of the onboard computer via CAN bus, as there may also be difficulties.
I also checked the fuses of the radios, but forget to mention. I don’t think I’m going any further than going to the workshop, yet many love thanks for your help!🙏👍🏼
