Autohero.de experiences delivery time?
Does anyone have experience with delivery times at Autohero?
the hotline wasn't very helpful.
The current status is:
“Your car will be shipped from our logistics center in Ketzin.”
It's supposed to go to Munich.
When do you think it will arrive and be delivered?

Let another question why do you buy there?
You are aware that the cars are sold by dealers there via detours or?
Delivery of a car via forwarding is between 1-4 weeks for large trucks.
But you are also told by autohero.
What do you mean about the detours of traders?
The car had a great price and no signs of use, so ordered there.

If it doesn't fit, Autohero can pick up the cart again within their 21 test days.
Certain dealers supply the cars there. Sell them via AutoHero.
In the end, you pay.
It's just absolute bullshit, but what's the main thing? The vehicles are purchased by Autohero (or the father company, Auto1).
All that has a reasonable value is then repaired, prepared and offered for sale.
By buying online, Autohero saves money and can offer the vehicles cheaper than competitors could.
On the contrary to your statement, the vehicles are not sold by dealers there via detours, but to dealers – if they are no longer ready for the general market or the repair exceeds the value.
They're partners.
on Auto1 the cars are resold by autohero and WKDA to dealers.
Funny that the autohero cars are more expensive than those of “normal” car houses. But what did you say?
How long did it last until your car was there?
A total of three weeks after order, the delivery date was exceeded by 4 working days.
It's a shame because you don't hear anything before.

I had the same problem with Mercedes right after two months as you, it can happen everywhere
