The car dealership sold my car without a vehicle registration document and is now demanding it. Is this justified?
A few weeks ago, I stupidly wrecked a car. Then I took the car to my trusted dealership, and they bought it from me. Now they want the vehicle registration, which I unfortunately can't find anymore. The problem is, they've already sold the car, and the title is with the new owner. Now they want me to apply for a new vehicle registration, and I'm wondering if I'm being ripped off?!
Your car, your lead. You must apply for a corresponding statement of loss for the issuing of a new registration certificate Part I at your expense.
Ask at the admission office who has to apply for the replacement car bill—you or the new owner.
You can’t get out of this without a statement of loss. The StVA wants to make sure that you didn’t sell this thing to any obscure dealer.
That’s it, because it’s time. Approval agency wants to see that, devalue, so with us.
Yes, of course. Only the car house has sold the letter. And now they want me to make a new appearance. However, they now have to repeat the letter to give it to me so that I can give it to the agency. However, the car has changed the owner twice?
Of course you sold it so they need the vehicle letter to prove they bought it. This is the proof of ownership.
That’s wrong.
Read what is in each vehicle letter or certificate Part II:
The holder of the certificate of authorisation shall not be designated as the owner of the vehicle.
And before the well-known false alliance link comes:

Thank you. They already got the vehicle letter. And also passed on to the new “owner”. The contact person in the car house told me they had to sign a statement or something like that? I am only wondering how it is possible that they will resell the car without appearance or why they didn’t want the appearance when I sold it to them.

How come you sold the car without a ticket? You weren’t better. The fact that the appearance is now demanding is clear 😉
Au
I didn’t say that was the case. Nevertheless, the questioner has sold his car without a vehicle license and still plans to sell the car without a vehicle license.
The vehicle certificate is only for approval and for evtl. traffic controls interesting and has nothing to do with the proof of ownership here is registered, for example, when the next TÜV appointment is…
I see myself as a laie about KFZ and/or purchase contracts! However, I would have expected it to pay attention to the completeness of all documents both when buying and selling. I’m just wondering because it all seems very strange to me, but if everything is right…
