If you don’t tell him these angels, it’s your problem.

You must include all your known defects in the purchase agreement. These include things that are not registered, etc.

If the buyer has the e.g. also wants to continue with the illegal changes and does not want the changes to be in the official purchase agreement.

So I don’t know how this looks legal now, but normal whites are sold the car with a good time so the buyer can make sure everything is registered in the vehicle. The buyer will then probably ask for a price discount from you if he doesn’t have a good time so that he can do it himself. If he doesn’t get a fool, he’ll probably try to give the car back or sell it to who else or get it back to himself.

So I don’t know what this looks like right now…

And yet you’re doing it?
Amazing…

Yeah, I told you what I know. It’s your own experience.

So basically this is with the TÜV and the safety of the vehicle and that everything is once completely nonsense.

If a vehicle is examined at a test point, this is nothing other than a snapshot of the vehicle condition at that time.
As regards registrations, there are also parts which do not require registration in the vehicle papers via an ABE.

Unfortunately, the KFZ industry has a certain proportion of our dealers and test engineers, which some HU even once without seeing the vehicle simply certify.
May and should not be so, but with the increasing number of certain traders this number of cases is also.

The TÜV is therefore basically no longer meaningful for the purchase. Important is the purchase contract and whether it lists everything about changes and whether or not the liability for property (guarantee) has been excluded.

Did you tell the buyer about these points? You should definitely do it. If he still wants to buy the vehicle, you write these points into the purchase contract and leave them underwriting. Furthermore, exclude the warranty and then it is his thing.
What is important is that you need to inform him about the defects, this is written in the purchase agreement. Exclude the warranty and it is then his thing with the TÜV.

No, that’s DEIN problem. Either you cancel these rebuilds, or you list them to the potential buyer, so that he knows what to do and he might not bring the vehicle over the TÜV and then cancel the license.

If you’re hiding the unregistered rebuilds and he’ll know about it at the TÜV, it’ll be your problem.

Write everything you know in the purchase contract and, of course, let you sign it. So you’re safe

If you don’t hide anything about the condition of the vehicle and about rebuilds and inform the buyer for the best knowledge of the condition, there should be no problems for you.

You write all this in detail in the purchase contract and closes the Compulsory liability (survey) effectively off, and you sign both.

And a few phrases wouldn’t have hurt your text either.
