Auto ohne TÜV kaufen?

Hey Leute,

100.000km gelaufen

A7 3.0 TDI Sportback

32.000€

Danke im Voraus.

moin from the north.. immediately reject. if the coal has such a premium carriage, it will definitely give another.. so the cat would buy in the bag. Buying a car is a matter of trust.

If you buy from the dealer, a new TÜV is part of it. Require that. Eight in the purchase contract that he says as a seller that it is infall-free and that no known defects are listed. You have a warrant. Compare the km with the last maintenance or the HU report. Detection of maintenance with control chain/twist change etc. invoices for repairs carried out.

Just buy with new TÜV, everything else is bullshit!

Sellers can mean a lot.

If you don’t know yourself with cars, take someone with the idea that the car looks exactly and feels the seller on the tooth what needs to be done.

It is a huge difference whether you put 3000 euros in the sand or 32,000 euros!!!!!

With a car for 32k, I expect him to be okay. JEDER reputable dealer sends such a car before sale by the TÜV.

My belly says let the car stand. Something’s wrong.

At 32,000€ new tüv should be included.

Brakes can sometimes become real expensive.

Now it’s just waiting and waiting for TÜV ancestors and hoping you won’t get the evil awakening.

That’s what you’re talking about.

If you signed a contract, you can’t.

Inexperienced, therefore, only with HU. And why do you think you can withdraw from a purchase contract?

Internet order, TV at media market and car purchase are all 3 different.

apparently didn’t understand.

You cannot simply withdraw or withdraw from a purchase contract for a car.

I can’t.

The financing can be revoked but not the purchase contract.

Or stop.

If the purchase contract is linked to a financing, there is a right of withdrawal for the financing. If this is done, the purchase contract is also due.

How do you get revocation? Did you order him online?

You don’t buy a car without fresh HU. If the dealer thinks he would have let her do it. Why doesn’t he have that? Your impression is beautiful and good, but how much expertise do you have? The costs are unforeseeable. Can be from zero to far four digits. My buddy just didn’t get a plaque because a rust hole is in a carrier. Cost approx. 3,000,- €. As I said, you don’t buy a car without HU…

You have no right of withdrawal in the case of purchase contracts. You may be able to return from the loan application, but from the purchase contract?

If the purchase contract and the financing are linked, the purchase contract is also subjectless when the financing is revoked (which is always possible).

You say that! Don’t do that!

So I don’t understand why a dealer can’t make a TÜV, costs just under 150€ and will be transferred to the buyer anyway. Get away from that.

Is it a German vehicle or maybe a US reimport?

If it weren’t a problem, the dealer would have done it himself.

So it is a problem, and problems are basically very, very expensive for cars of this class.

Run as fast as you can.
