Auto ohne Papiere abmelden und verkaufen?
Hallo.
Ich habe das Auto meines Vaters geerbt.
Dieses möchte ich gerne verkaufen da es noch sehr gut in Schuss ist.
Problem nur – ich habe keine Papiere.
Bei Räumung seiner Wohnung (Messie) haben sich weder fahrzeugschein- noch Brief gefunden. Ich besitze nur die Schlüssel, die Kennzeichen mit Siegeln, eine Rechnung der Versicherung und den Totenschein.
Komme ich damit bei der Zulassungsstelle fr die Abmeldung und ggf. Ausstellung von Fahrzeugpapieren weiter?
