Sell car with license plate?

Can I be prosecuted retroactively if the buyer is caught speeding or has an accident?

Is this contract legally binding and would I have problems if I had an accident or got caught by a speed camera?

I would also draw up a standard purchase agreement. I'm the seller, and my car is registered/insured.

Cars sold by me only go without license plates and loged off the farm.

If you enter the license plate/car, then convince yourself of the authenticity of the submitted ID of the buyer and note the time of the handover in the purchase agreement next to date. Then you are simply out of OWi ads with a later period of action.

The places to fill out are also in the purchase contract you have hired.

Never give with your own license plate and unregistered. That’s how you’re on the safe side. You generally don’t know the buyers and can only look at them in front of them.
