Buy a car if a member of the household receives social assistance?

Hello, I work full time and earn my money, but unfortunately my father receives social assistance and I would like to buy a car. The car will cost around €25,000. Will the job center cause problems?

If you are 25 at least, in the Father’s household, you will form your own BG community and usually have nothing to do with your father when you manage separately.

Then you would have to submit your own application if you can cover your needs from your own accountable income, would not be entitled and you can buy what you want with your purchase income.

So it doesn’t have to be reported whether you buy 1 or more KFZ – you don’t get anything and what these costs do not, of course.

If you still live at home, there might be problems because your fortune is counted

As long as you live at home u you are a need-community, your age doesn’t matter

A fortune? There are citizens’ money recipients who have over €100000 in money and still receive it.

If I have the right mind, if you’re over 25 out of the community of needs, you can buy what you want.
