Auto hat Notfall aber niemand will es richten?
Ich war am Freitag im Autohaus Service machen lassen und seit ich zuhause angekommen bin, lässt sich auf einmal meine rechte Vordertür nicht mehr verschließen. Ständig steht da, dass die rechte Vordertür offen ist und es piepst während dem Fahren ununterbrochen. Außerdem kann ich das Auto weder händisch, noch mit dem Schlüssel abschließen. Es lässt sich einfach nicht zusperren, weil es glaubt, dass die Beifahrertür offen ist.
So und nun hab ich direkt wieder beim Autohaus angerufen (ich denke schon, dass es was mit dem Service zu tun hat, weil es wäre nicht das erste mal, dass mein Auto was hat, direkt nach dem ich bei ihnen war) und die sagen “jaa ääähm wir haben erst Ende Februar einen Termin. Wollen wir uns gleich einen für die letzte Februarwoche vereinbaren? Kosten sag ich Ihnen gleich, werden so bei ca. 400 Eur. liegen und sie müssten das Auto mind. einen ganzen Tag hier lassen. Wenn Sie ein Leihauto wollen, dann ginge das klar, das kostet 37 Eur. pro Tag + Volltanken Ihrerseits”
Ist das nicht eine bodenlose Frechheit?
Leider siehts in anderen Autohäusern ähnlich aus. Die haben alle erst Ende Februar nen Termin.
Ein Bekannter von mir hat sich das angesehen und wollte es im Pfusch machen aber er hats nicht hinbekommen. Er sagt, das muss tatsächlich in der Werkstatt meiner Automarke gemacht werden, weil die die entsprechenden Computer dazu haben.
Meine Arbeit ist nämlich leider nur sehr schwer mit Öffis erreichbar.
Das kann doch nicht sein. Es ist ein verdammter Notfall und das verf**** Autohaus scherrt sich wieder mal einen Dreck darum.
Mit meinem Auto kann ich nicht zur Arbeit, da ich sehr viel mit Kriminellen als Klienten zu tun habe und generell rundherum eine etwas kriminellere Gegend ist und das ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist. Das ist mir zu riskant, wenn sich das Auto nicht verschließen lässt. Außerdem wie gesagt, piepst es beim Fahren ununterbrochen, was zu Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten beim Autofahren führt.
Was soll ich denn jetzt tun? 🙁
Bis Ende Februar irgendwelchen Leuten an der Backe sitzen dass sie mich herumfahren?
Meine Oma, weil sie in der Pension ist, bitten, alle privaten Treffen mit Freundinnen abzusagen, sodass ich mir ihr Auto ausleihen kann?
In den Krankenstand gehen, weil ich keine Möglichkeit hab, zur Arbeit zu kommen?
Das fände ich nicht fair…

So: first, the car door nix has to do with the service, there is made in the workshop at service nix.
To repair a car door, no diagnostic device needs.
Dates at the end of February and loan cars themselves are a joke, the rest with the 400 euros is coming.
Your possibilities: look for other workshop or other pudders. You’d have got an appointment next week.
It’s funny because I’ve been at the service and they’ve used the windshield to a stone strike.
I’ve asked for 4 different and all the free appointments in the middle/end of February.
Most think it’s not on the door, but what electronically puts in any cable or so that a wobble contact is somehow so they have said…

I don’t deserve badly, but I’ve had so many issues in the last few weeks that I have only 600 Eur on the account. How much does life really hate me right now…
You can’t use a windshield in reverse. It’s not anatomical.
800 euros for service is normal. If the door does not close, it sounds like a mechanical problem for me. Door lock broken.

And your parents have the same car as you? Duration and price of parts varies.
At the tester you don’t see what mechanical problem the door lock has.
they used them wrong, maybe not wrong, but at least wrong, that came to another workshop where I was out. They have also taken a completely wrong glue and made something else broken in front of me, which a partner workshop of my insurance then repaired me for free, and then my car house was also still totaaal, that I didn’t have to repair it with them (where I had left a few dogs Eur again) but where I got it for free.
That’s what my friend saw at the tester. He says there’s something inside in there that you don’t see so easily and that it’s a little complicated.
Oh? My parents have only 300 Eur for them. Service paid.
There is also a legal claim for workshop appointments or fairness.
and how do I get that?
You have to wait. How do you imagine? If all appointments are assigned, should the car house cancel another customer who might have waited for three weeks?
Interesting would be to learn what the cause of the damage is.
they should squeeze me in, because it’s an emergency. They have to do overtime.
It’s the same with a doctor. If this has to 12 service and there is someone who really gets fucked, the doctor must stay there until 12:30.

The costs for the service are also different. Depending on the brand and size. Small service, great service. There are differences.
