Auto geht während Fahrt aus und nimmt kein Gas an – von Gewährleistung gedeckt?

Auto ist in Werkstatt. Die werden mir eine Diagnose mitgeben, die ich dann dem Gebrauchtwagenhändler schicken werde. Der überprüft, ob er mir entgegen kommen muss oder nicht (in Form von Reparaturkosten erstatten…)

Freund meinte, Auto würde kein Gas annehmen wegen defekter Kraftstoffpumpe/Benzinpumpe…

Ein anderer meinte, es könnte wegen der Lichtmaschine sein (an Letzteres glaube ich iwi nicht…)

Kann ich von der Gewährleistung profitieren?

At 2 months, the dealer would have to prove that the mistake was not yet passed on hand. So far you have good cards. It’s bad that he’s not with the dealer in the workshop, but in another. I think he’ll offer you the fun sharing. After all, he would get that cheaper for himself. Now pay the costs.

If the defect already existed during takeover and you can still claim liability against the seller over time, clearly.

Depending on when you have to buy, however, you have to consider that the lack of acquisition already existed.

If your car is still in the warranty period, it will probably be a warranty case. Not to be exact without further information

Yeah, it’s a warrant. Do you have written that he wants a diagnosis?
