If you only have the Nüfus and the residence permit (NO passport), can you register a car here in Germany?

Ein Nüfus enthält mehr Angaben über den Inhaber als ein Reisepass und ist daher zuverlässiger, müsste also zum Nachweis deiner Personalien völlig ausreichen. Allerdings gibt es den Vordruck nur in türkischer Sprache und ist deshalb bei deutschen Behörden weitgehend unbekannt und nicht gefragt, noch weiter, wird gewöhnlich überhaupt nicht als Ausweis betrachtet. Gegenfrage: Warum hast du keinen türkischen Reisepass?
