It’s very annoying. Have you agreed a deadline?

I would definitely go to the police and tell the insurance company; in case of doubt, you must also visit your local authority.

It would be helpful if you had a copy of the vehicle papers. If you have done the service with a workshop so far, they may also have data (driver or something) which might help you with the message.

1 week – and when was that?

If you have an email from him, write to the buyer and set a deadline by Wednesday to notify you of the transfer (with documents). If he doesn’t, you go to the police (but write that not in the mail).

Otherwise you’ll wait Monday and go to the police on Tuesday.

Did you know your insurance? You should have done that yourself anyway; it is yours Insurance. You can do this immediately: insurance companies have telephones occupied 24/7.

You should have kept the two license plates and the certificate part 1 (e.g. vehicle license) for you, then an immediate release by you would have been possible!

It usually doesn’t work like that. I’ve already passed on some cars, and the act of unsubscribing it, never considered. Also, this is only possible if you have a plot, because on public parking a car may not stand without a license plate etc.

With the police contract, report.

Oh, yeah, check the next time before picking up!

For this reason, NIEMALS is a vehicle registered.

If someone buys one of our vehicles, he’ll have to get some transfer codes.

If you are familiar with the place of residence of the acquirer, you can leave the KFZ forcibly at the competent authority.

At least you can (and must) inform your KFZ insurance about the sale. WIMRE can only be unsubscribed if you have a signed purchase agreement. If you have done this without KV, you will not be able to unsubscribe at least without legal steps.

Why are you contradicting yourself? Ergoogelt or how?

I’d call the police in his place. Maybe they can shut it down.

Police is out there

Nonsense. Neither does the police do anything, nor is it possible to shut down here. The KFZ is registered and insured.
