Auto angemeldet übergeben kann was passieren?
Hey leute
Gruss
I don’t understand the question.
I have agreed with my insurance, like all VNs, that I have to name the buyer asap on a sale, since according to KBA the insurance contract goes over to the buyer and he goes to his SF class from the farm.
Of course, the registration office must also receive a copy/message about the buyer data, for the ticket and so.
What do you have agreed with your advisor/makler?
Mine even has free purchase contracts for these reasons.
Everything between “there’s nothing happening” because the buyer re-registers it as agreed.
Until “the SEK comes in to the window at night,” because the buyer used it as an escape vehicle in a bank robbery.
Have fun!
Hahahaha red
DA BIST OF MIR DIRECTIVE:
So I sold Zisch cars and motorcycles registered and never had a problem.
Make a handover log (see Google for download). Then you can write down more precisely than in a purchase contract. From time to KM of the buyer’s residence. Then it also knew when the buyer XY will cancel the car!
Because many promise a lot of ^^ and do not. Here it is written.
If you have sold the KFZ then and purchase contract, as well as handover protocol was then filled out, then look at the date until you and the buyer have agreed to you.
So if the buyer says by 31.04 at the latest, the car is registered to my name then you will go on 01.05! Tell your insurance and the KFZ-AMT you sold your car on 31.04.
Send insurance as well as KFZ-Amt via e-mail a scan of all forms.
FERTIG. They then immediately know everything that happens from the 31.04 XY time at fine, accident etc goes to the buyer. So that has nothing to do with you anymore. They know exactly what it is and look forward to receiving such detailed forms. Because then everything is clear and clear and nobody can talk out.
SO MAKE IT DIRECT.

The Karre is already over all mountains…
There are enough situations that the seller had to struggle for months or even for years to get the car unregistered. A German admission is worth more in Poland than the vehicle itself and it is an unused thing to do.
They may then go around for months or years on your registration and on your insurance, they will not report the insurance cover until the vehicle is officially registered.
Only if the buyer is personally known and if you live in your own place or in your region you can do or risk it. Often more money is offered than the vehicle value if the car ” for transfer purposes ” remains registered.
A lot of fun when it goes wrong and the buyer puts a corresponding way of thinking on the day, which will be very expensive quickly and the authorities preferably in Eastern Europe are not too helpful.
There are the wildest stories and questions of injured who had to pay a few thousand euros for damage and if the identity papers are even faked then you have no chance.
Unfortunately, there are many people who use this kind of graceless, even enrich themselves with it… and few of them go through it correctly. Joachim
You can also unsubscribe/register your car now
If you have a store in your city where you can buy KFZ shields, you can also go there.
They then take the papers (vehicle letter and vehicle certificate) and then make an appointment with the approval authority. They will report the vehicle from/on and as soon as the vehicle is unsubscribed/registered you will get the papers back.
It’s important that you have a vehicle license and a vehicle letter. Without the two papers, the car cannot log off/register.
Due to corona pandemic, admission points are closed
Look at my comment
I checked my second car out in the Corona period, as it was written. However, has cost a few euros additional service fee :-(, but main thing cancelled.
Not true 100%
Did my car log off a few days ago.
Just ask these KFZ shields to put in place. They’ll do it
I now have the partly2 big letter and I can only give the little one I can now log out with part 2
Did you write the time in the purchase agreement? That’s important. I personally wouldn’t sell a registered car. Had no bad experience with it yet, but it is not recommended.
Only the date I wrote of today
Then have a little problem
Yeah, that’s bad.
the buyer cannot unsubscribe the car and therefore drive to your costs (car tax, insurance and, if necessary, penalty tickets), in the event of a faulty accident, your FS class will get worse, the car can also come abroad and then you can’t do anything anymore.
I’m careful with this stuff. A few weeks after the sale, I received a ticket for wrong parking. As it turned out, the buyer had left the car to a friend who didn’t even unregister. Luckily, thanks to the purchase agreement could settle.
You should immediately unsubscribe to your liability insurance and report the sale.
The HALTER is legally liable, no matter what the contract is… And this is now you as long as the car is not registered.
So it wasn’t an intelligent idea to give it.
To whom does the police probably come in case of traffic accident with driver flight, someone hit/killed and ran off, danced and escaped…. Kkar to the one on which the box is registered…. And a note where there’s someone else’s liability is printed out quickly and doesn’t count as proof. Otherwise, it would be a free ticket for all possible crimes, because I can always claim to have the kiste sold to armin müller meier school, and so se should look for the……
You should note the date and time of the handover on the purchase contract with the signature of the buyer and an ID copy (both pages) of the buyer
Right 👍
