Auto Abschleppen lassen aber wie?
Guten Tag liebe Community,
Ich hab einen BMW 118 i EZ 2012, Automatik. Am Samstag bekommt das Auto eine neue Steuerkette. Ich würde das Auto sehr gerne Abschleppen lassen weil ich nichts riskieren möchte. Noch ist die Kette nicht übersprungen oder gerissen aber bei meinem Glück in letzter zeit würde es vermutlich passieren. Die Werkstatt ist ca 40 km entfernt. Nun zu meiner Frage,
Ich habe einen KFZ – Schutzbrief, der bis zu 200€ abschleppkosten abdeckt. Kann ich nur wegen dem Verdacht der Kette den Abschlepper rufen und über die Versicherung laufen lassen? Oder wie mache ich sowas bzw bei wem genau rufe ich da an? Sry aber als Frau n Auto Abschleppen bzw Abschleppen lassen noch nie gemacht, nachher werd ich noch übers Ohr gehauen weil ich was nicht beachtet hab oder ähnliches.
Ahja Laufleistung 135.000 km.

Why don’t you go with the beautiful 118er? 🤔 It’s very unrecognizable that the control chain should tear before the change during this 40 km. For the very low residual risk, you have the protection letter.
135,000 km LL are almost like nix, with a well maintained BMW machine.
Have it yourself during the first model. (detailed KFZ Mech. Teaching at Porsche/VAG, in a large garage) for half a year PannenAutos picked up.
My tip: ADAC membership is very meaningful. 😉
Well, just because of the KM, the chain is not exchanged, rather because of all the error messages and behavior which the car has been telling lately 😀
Camshaft sensor position Inaccurate/or faulty, the speed jumps back and forth strangely and the MKL lights back and forth yellow. Not to forget the classic but only short rattles at the cold start.
Ah and then another red oil can which occasionally reports but rarely, even if it means oil pressure, can be au cloged by chain pieces meant the KFZ.
And if the chain tears/jumps me on the way, it strikes me everything in the engine of Kaputt, the little protection letter is worth it au ned more, it does not replace me with a motor:D
Talk to the workshop. They must have a trailer and get the car.
Most are amazingly creative and declare this as a panne. 🤣

So this can be considered a breakdown? Can’t just say it told me a red lamp ubd then we’d be dragged off 😀
