No, there’s no way. Your mother or guardian must allow this.
With 16-17 you need the consent of your parents to the youth office.
all good for the future
Thank you.
No. Unless you walk the way over the youth office – but they will hardly let you live in their own apartment with 16.
If someone has difficulties at home and no longer wants to live there, the parents or the one themselves contact the Youth Office. There are various ways to solve the problems – one of them is the group.
Okay, you want to move out at home, but not into a group of homes.
How do you imagine this as a non-corporate minor?
Who is responsible?
Who should make decisions that you can’t make yet?
Who is to finance this?
Happy for you!
This falls into the category “Wünsch’ dir was”.
Who should pay for the cost of your own apartment?
Me. I will start writing applications now and will then either work next to the school from the summer (i.e. a side job) or start training at both I get money. In addition, I would also receive childcare and maintenance. I wouldn’t have to pay anything at home, and I’d have to get some food and money. With the permission of the parents, you can also take off and this must be financed somehow.
That’s the fine difference.
Without this permission you can not even sign for the apartment, telephony/Internet, electricity, water or your training/work contract or anything else. As long as you are not 18, you will always be dependent on the support of your parents.
Firstly, you will not find a landlord who leaves an apartment to a minor.
We rent ourselves and would never do that.
With a side job you can’t finance an apartment.
Would you be able to pay your own excerpt?
There’s nothing wrong with Mutti’s “OK”.
