Ausweisdokument mit Wohnsitzangabe verpflichtend als Tourist in D?
Hallo,
Muss ich als ausländischer Tourist (Ö) in Deutschland ein Ausweisdokument mit Wohnsitzadresse mit mir führen?
Wir hatten jeweils 1 Öffi-Onlineticket am Handy, bei meiner Begleitung gab es aber bei der Kontrolle kurzzeitig ein Problem mit der Anzeige in der App, dies legte der Kontrolleur als schwarzfahren aus und verlangte einen Ausweis. Der gezeigte Reisepass wurde jedoch nicht akzeptiert da die Wohnanschrift hier nicht aufscheint und er wollte die Polizei rufen. Wir konnten einige Minuten später das Ticket nachweisen und wurde auch akzeptiert. Der Kontrolleur wies uns aber nochmals darauf hin dass wir kei gültiges Ausweisdokument mit uns führen – stimmt das??
Soweit ich weiss gibt es kein österr. Ausweisdokument mit Wohnanschrift darauf

This is not a black driving in the criminal sense (Section 265a StGB), but in the sense of Section 5 Paragraph 1(b) EVO. The increase in the transport fee would have been in fact due here. That’s why I see these apps quite critical, they’re just too unreliable.
There is no standard legal basis on which the controller can request or force the handing out of the passports. However, he must determine your personalities. You decide which documents the controller accepts. If the passport is not sufficient without an address (absolutely comprehensible), it must draw the police, which then makes an official establishment of personnel.
It should be borne in mind that the web requires the participation of official photo IDs (e.g. in A. 2.8 sentence 2 BB passenger transport, for personal tickets) contractually (!). Transport conditions Deutsche Bahn AG). An identification document with a residence address is not required at this point. However, as stated above, if a staff establishment is required, the address must of course also be entered and verified in this context.
They sprinkle the inspectors. A passport is a valid ID document. There is no address in German passports.
Then we were lucky enough to get to the hotel. The rest of the time we had left our passports in the hotel for fear of pocket thieves etc…
