What penalties do I face if I accidentally ride without a ticket?

Hello!

I went on a trip with my class. I had a ticket, of course, but I forgot to stamp it, since I almost never take the train. The ticket inspector gave me a slip of paper with my personal information on it, and now I have to pay €60. The same thing happened to my friends, but the inspector turned a blind eye, of course, because he saw we were on a class trip. Anyway, I had to tell my parents that I had to pay €60. Will I be reported to the police and have a criminal record? What other consequences do I face for this?

The €60 is the increased transport allowance. An ad rarely exists immediately, usually when you wipe it three times. Or getting naughty and getting the police must also be the same,

I mean, pay if you’re over 18 and think about it next time.

But why does he put an eye on the others, but not on you? You belong to the class. Did you have permanent cards they didn’t have?

As a tip to your teacher. Depending on the number of pupils, three or four children got the job to stamp the tickets for everyone so that something like that doesn’t happen. Mostly those who know.

Okay, but as someone wrote under eighteen you don’t have to pay.

It’s natural. However, it should be pointed out that the transport companies are likely to reimburse criminal complaints if the minor refuses to pay the ordered compensation fee with reference to the lack of financial capacity.

Are you underage?

Then you don’t have to pay anything. Follow the link of the community expert, your parents are supposed to put themselves on the back legs against the traffic operation and refer to the precedent judgment.

Think you have to pay the amount and keep nix. If it happens more often, it looks different.

There is no provision for the “acceleration of services”. Nothing will happen in criminal law.

It remained in the civil law penalty of €60. At least if you’re full-year.

If you are a minor, keep reading here: https://www.anwalt.de/rechtstipps/minderjaehriger-ohne-fahrschein-kein-erhoehtes-befoerderderderderderzulaessig_127497.html

But one question: the minor can practically not be punished. Is it possible that a controller should take him off? If not, would many parents not buy tickets to their children if nothing happened?

Of course he is allowed to avoid it, the right to house is also for minors.

In this case, however, we would be in favour. And since one is criminal at 14 years, this could then be quite criminal consequences.

In the present case there is no reason to refer the minor to the train. He had a ticket, just no devalued one.

But if the teenager is consciously driving without a ticket, but cannot buy one because he has no money? For example, a student who gets neither money from parents for the ticket nor pocket money?

You don’t have to pay anything except the €60.

Only 60 €. Only when you drive black again, it becomes more problematic.
