Australien Work and Travel: In welcher Stadt sollte ich am besten anfangen für den Work Part?

ich bräuchte bei etwas einen Rat.
ich habe vor in Januar/Februar (wenn alles gut läuft) nach Australien zu fliegen und Work and Travel zu machen.
Mein plan ist es mit den Work Part anzufangen. Eigentlich wollte ich ja in Sydney anfangen, dort für so um wie 4 Monate blieben und dann reisen.
jetzt ist mir aber eingefallen, dass das Wetter ja dort komplett anders ist und ich genau im australischen Winter ankomme, wo ich auch teils reisen wollte.
Zwar sind es immer noch angenehme Temperaturen, aber je nach Region ist dort grad regen Session.
Aber in Queensland soll zu dieser Zeit, also in Februar – Mai gutes Wetter sein. Vor allem um im outback zu arbeiten.
Also zu meiner Frage,
hat jemand Tipps in welcher Stadt ich am besten anfang sollte für den work Part, damit ich zumindest etwas gutes Wetter abbekomme? mir ist wirklich egal als was ich arbeite oder wo.
ich bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher, ob Sydney für diese Zeit geeignet ist oder ob Queensland eine gute Alternative ist? Oder welcher Ort grundsätzlich für diese Zeit geeignet ist?
Ich wäre wirklich dankbar für Tipps und Hilfe🙏

What do you understand under “outback”? All that is outside the villages is already “outback” or “bush”. This can be both steppe and rainforest. The definition of “outback” is very flexible.
