You can change it if you can. But requires some technical now-how. There’s no such kit to buy.

That was a trend that has already declined. At that time, underseats were installed to increase the slant freedom. However, it has the disadvantage of the higher center of gravity and the more complicated construction (=more weight). That is why it is rarely seen today.

There are not so few machines with an under-seat system for free. The stern must be designed for this. Besides, an underseat is very impractical as it gets fucking hot. You can easily attach saddle bags and in summer at the traffic lights will also be uncomfortable.
